Ladies and Gentlemen welcome to the 68th Film Festival of Venezia!
The aim of the Festival is to raise awareness and promote all the
various aspects of international cinema in all its forms: as art,
entertainment and as an industry, in a spirit of freedom and tolerance.
The Festival includes retrospectives and homages to major figures as a
contribution towards raising awareness of the history of cinema.
L'Oreal geniously had a special event campaign for its make up: photo scenes inspired by films that made the history of cinema. We are drifted back then, when all the movies were in black and white, when all the movies were enshrouded in a special allure, when all the movies were simply unforgettable.
Can you guess from which movies they take inspiration from?
Stay in black and white
Stay glamorous
Stay Stylish!

Great photos! I'm gonna go with La Dolce Vita and Roman Holiday. Not sure about the others...
Definitely la Dolce Vita but since I don't really watch that many movies I'm not that good at guessing where they got the inspiration from. Maybe I should start watching old black and white movies because what's pictured above is so inspirational!
Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog :)
