Sunday afternoon, I am on diet: come on, do I have to look like this when I will wear my bikini?
I need a break. Actually I am hungry. Donna Hey has the solution:
home made (light granola) with yogurt and fresh strawberry.
In a bowl make a mix of
oat flakes (biological and unsugared) - 2 large cups
add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds - 1/2 cup each
some dried apricot
some almonds
maple syrup - 7/8 tablespoon
and mix all together.
Put the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes, quite close to the grill so that it can get crunchy and slightly burnt (I said slightly!). Let it cool down before putting in a jar.
Create your own cup: fresh fruit on the bottom, unsugared yogurt, your granola on the top.
Delicious and healthy. My perfect break: totally without feeling guilty!
